Online Classes

Online classes are on hiatus for Spring/Summer 2022.

Beginning on October 4th, 2021, I will be teaching on Zoom at 6pm ET every Monday on Terri Barnett's platform. Please visit
Terri's website to register and pay at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time. A playlist will be provided before class begins, so you can use music if you like.

Beginning December 2021, I will teach at 7pm ET on Thursday! Classes have a suggested contribution of $10, which can be sent via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Students who have registered will receive the class link and an optional playlist an hour before class begins.

As always - if you are out of work or your finances have been impacted, please let me know. I want to remain available to everyone. You can contact me directly

For home practice, I recommend:

  • Yoga mat

  • Hand towel and/or mat towel

  • Water

  • Yoga block(s) (optional and recommended)

  • If you don't have a block, improvise! You can use a water bottle, dumbbell, or any other sturdy prop.

  • Meditation cushion or pillow (optional)

  • Anything else that helps you! Candles, oil diffuser, etc.
