“I also wanted to thank you personally for the impact you've had on me and helping me mend my relationship with physical activity. I have always felt so insecure and insufficient when it came to any sort of athletics, and I would have never dared to join a gym. However, when I took the leap to join Crunch last year, your classes became such an integral part of my training and overall mental health regime. You create such a safe and inclusive space to be active without any expectations and have allowed myself to not only build up physical strength and confidence, but also mental and psychological fortitude. It is because of people like you who are not only queer allies, but also make exercise and movement approachable that I have been able to go on this new journey with my active self. I truly appreciate how you create a space for people to not feel judged, and to meet people wherever they may be on a given day. I am so grateful to have met you.” - Nick P.
